The pace is 24/7, competition is fierce, decisions can have global repercussions, and you are shouldering the significant responsibility of guiding the organization to its full potential in a fast-changing, competitive environment. |

But, what constitutes a great leader? At its core, leadership derives fundamentally from character. Yet often executives rise to their positions without having been prepared to lead people as much as they’ve prepared to manage businesses. For five years, our program has demonstrated that success on the battlefield and success in enterprise share critical leadership qualities. Our C-Level Experience at Gettysburg was launched to sharpen the arsenal of managerial skills senior decision makers could deploy in a rapidly changing environment. Analyzing the achievements and failures of those in the thick of combat helps you focus on the parallels to your own business and can instruct, inspire, and better equip you to guide your people successfully through times of chaos and change. By participating in the Gettysburg experience, you walk the battlefields, and debate the strategies of the men who fought there and moved their troops to triumph and tragedy. Our facilitators then help you and your peers apply the lessons from this epic clash of talent and strategy to leading an organization today. Join us. The time you dedicate studying the commanders of this country's most pivotal battle will enhance your awareness of your own leadership style, as well as guide and inspire you to adopt improved ways of leading your people upon your return. |
