Cancellation Policy:
Attendee substitutions may be made at no additional charge. Cancellations, submitted up to 30 days prior to the event, receive an 80% refund of the fee, or partial credit good for up to one year toward a subsequent Waterloo Leadership Experience. No refunds will be given for cancellations submitted within 30 days of the event.
